204th & College Place Improvements

204th St SW & 76th Ave W Paved Intersection and New College Place Elementary Driveway

204th St SW Utility work continues to the east of the new College Place Elementary driveway.

Students and staff of College Place Elementary and College Place Middle schools should be aware of construction signs and cones and follow flagger instructions when present.

August 26 - September 6, 2024

• Paving at the intersection of 76^th Ave W and 204^th St SW has been completed.

• The new driveway from College Place Elementary onto 204th St SW provides unobstructed access for school busses to and from College Place Elementary.

September 9 - September 20, 2024

• Crews will continue work on 204^th St SW east of the new school driveway moving an existing water line, installing storm water infrastructure, installing curb and gutter, sidewalks, grading, and paving.

• Crews will also be working on ADA access ramps on 208^th St SW.

• Expect temporary lane shifts on 208^th St SW. Students and staff at College Place Elementary and College Place Middle school should be aware of construction signs and cones and follow flagger instructions when present.
