As the 2023 Paving Project is almost complete, the City would like to thank the Community for their patience and attention to safely traveling in the construction areas.
The 2023 Paving Project had many sites and multiple types of work included.
In the coming weeks you may see property restoration and final punch list items being completed. This will be the last eNews for this project.
What is the reason for a Concrete Blanket?
As the weather changed to near freezing temperatures, the contractor for this project, used Concrete Blankets to create the correct environment for the concrete of freshly poured sidewalk panels to cure properly and avoid spalling and chipping.
