Every year our local Boy Scout Troop 304 serves the community by picking up and recycling Christmas Tree's. If you receive a hanger on your door, please follow the instructions for pick up. If not, please see the info below for how to drop off your tree. The Scouts take the tree's to ecotreeNW, who chip the tree's so they can be re-used as mulch/bark. We are very thankful for our local troop who performs this community service and keeps recycling in mind!
COVID protocols will be followed.
DATE: SATURDAY AND SUNDAY JANUARY 8th and 9th
TIME: 9AM - 4PM
LOCATION: 188th ST SW & 44th Ave W (across from the Lynnwood Rec Center) Pickup is available if you receive a door hanger
- Please remove decorations, tinsel, and tree stand.
- Flocked trees cannot be accepted.
Donations are greatly appreciated by the Boy Scouts. Please make checks payable to "Boy Scout Troop 304." The Boy Scouts thank you for your support.
- Tree chipping is donated by ecotree NW.
- The tree collection is supported by the City of Lynnwood in partnership with the Washington State Department of Ecology.
