Arial veiw of the Waste Water Treatment Plant Repaired Steel Building.
The Lynnwood Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) is located on the shore of Browns Bay Puget Sound. The 7.4 Million Gallons Daily facility treats sewage from the City of Lynnwood and the northern most portion of the City of Edmonds.
The WWTP has just completed a project to upgrade the 40 year old steel buildings, add additional fire protection, and paint the facility.
The City of Lynnwood is in the process of completing a facility plan that will provide the City direction in what changes need to occur at the WWTP to accommodate changing regulations and growth in the City over the next 20 years.
