Traffic Impacts

Traffic detours will be used as the main traffic control measure during construction to allow alternative access for heavy trucks.

Local access to businesses and residents will be maintained.

The detour around this project will be along 200th Ave, between Hwy 99 and 56^th Ave W on the north and along 208th ST SW, between Hwy 99 and 56th Ave W on the south side.

Please follow all traffic control signs.

Project Information

Construction on the sewer main along 60^th Ave W, 204^th St SW and 202^nd St SW will:

• Replace 650 ft of deteriorating and sagging segments of concrete sewer main on 60^th Ave W between 202^nd St SW and 204^th St SW.
• Replace sewer laterals at Laurel Terrace Apartments, Cole Industrial and other lateral connections
• Alleviate the reoccurring sewer backups at Laurel Terrace Apartments by installing a new manhole at the lateral connection
• Replace 200 ft of deteriorating and sagging segment of sewer main on 202^nd St SW West of 56^th Ave W.
• Replace 200 ft of deteriorating and sagging segment of sewer main on 204^th St SW West of 60^th Av W.

Project Schedule

This Project is scheduled from October  2021 to January 2022.
