City Hall
Beginning August 31, City Hall will be closed to the public. Staff are available to assist online and over the phone Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm.

Utility Billing: For customer service call 425-670-5170. You can pay your bill over the phone by calling 425-670-5000, online through our Online Utility Billing portal, or you can drop off a payment to the Utility Drop Box outside of City Hall.
