Lynnwood Washington
Stay home

Dear Lynnwood Residents,

We want to thank you for all of your efforts to stay home, and stay healthy - helping to slow the spread of the coronavirus. The good news is that physical distancing is working, but we can't stop now. We need to continue to do our part by limiting our time outside of our homes and practicing good physical distancing.

We are calling on all Lynnwoodians to continue to stay home and limit your contact with those outside of your household. If you have to leave your home for essential trips such as getting groceries, seeking medical care, essential work, or getting some exercise outdoors, we strongly recommend that you wear a cloth face covering to help protect you and those around you. #WeGotThisLynnwood

We're In This Together

No matter what your situation is, we are all being affected by the coronavirus pandemic. We want our Lynnwood residents know that there are resources available to help you and your family during this difficult time. The following are just a handful of the resources available to our local community members.

We want to remind our Lynnwood residents and utility customers that the City offers a variety of reduced rates, rebates, and payment plans. We will not be turning off any water customers due to lack of payment. Our Utility Billing staff are available to work with you to find a solution that works best for your current situation.

Learn more about our available Utility Reduced Rates and Rebates by visiting or call 425-670-5000 and press '0' to speak to our Utility Billing Staff.
