Asset Management Administrator

Regular Full-Time Benefitted $34.17-$43.22

Summary:  The City of Lynnwood is seeking a collaborative, inquisitive, team player to join our Public Works Department as an Asset Management Administrator. This is a brand, new position within the City of Lynnwood!  The Asset Management Administrator will play an integral role in a busy, fast-paced environment with a group that continuously strives to exceed our customers' expectations.

Using the Cartegraph asset management program to track Lynnwood's Public Works assets, which include water, sewer, stormwater, and streets assets, the Administrator will own and manage all the City's infrastructure data, keeping it current as the many new projects in Lynnwood add assets.  The Administrator will also serve as Public Work's central coordinator for tracking capital assets in the City's financial system. 

Maintenance Worker I

Regular Full-Time Benefitted $22.95-$28.10

Summary:  Under general or close supervision depending on task, performs general labor in streets and storm facilities maintenance.  Includes replacing signs and mounts, setting up "safe work zones" and flagging traffic, locating storm lines by reading maps and measuring distances, assisting Maintenance Worker IIs to cut out asphalt and concrete; prepare surfaces for patching; repair streets, sidewalks, curbs, gutters, stairs, retaining walls, catch basins, driveways and approaches, speed bumps and humps with asphalt; mix, pour, and finish concrete for rebuilding and cleaning and maintaining catch basins.

Summer Camp Counselor

Season/Temporary Non-Benefitted $15.04-$16.68 hourly

The incumbent in this position is responsible for planning and implementing the year-round and seasonal programs for pre-school and school age children. The position is within the Parks, Recreation and Cultural Arts Department, and works under the supervisory direction of the Recreation Supervisor.
