Summary: Individuals assigned to this position are responsible for administering and managing all human resource activities for the City. Responsibilities include professional and technical duties in recruitment, examination and placement, classification and pay administration, performance evaluation, labor relations, safety, training, benefits and employee relations. Individuals are expected to apply knowledge of currently accepted human resources policies and procedures and relevant employment laws and regulations for over 500 staff. Reports to the Mayor of Lynnwood and is an integral member of the City's Executive Leadership team.

Summary: The City Center Program Manager (CCPM) is responsible for facilitating development of Lynnwood's City Center Sub-Area Plan. The individual assigned to this position will coordinate efforts to redevelop the City Center as a mixed use, pedestrian friendly and transit-oriented area.

Summary: Performs a variety of semi-skilled park maintenance and athletic duties. Utilizes hand and power tools and operates light vehicles including riding tractors. The position is within the Parks, Recreation and Cultural Arts Department, and works under the supervisory direction of the Park Superintendent.
