Traffic Impacts: a 24 Hour ROAD CLOSURE is in effect July 11th to 20th. The road will then return to the eastbound single lane opening together with westbound detours. There will be some intermittent traffic impacts at the intersections of 212th and 61st Pl W and 63rd Ave W. Detours have been signed and established. Local access to businesses will be provided and maintained.
Last Week, July 2nd through July 6th; Crews worked on prep and pouring concrete curbs, sidewalks, driveways and ADA ramps on the north side of 212th St. They also worked on demo of the existing curbs, ramps and sidewalks moving east toward the 61st Pl W intersection.
This Week, July 9th through July 13th; Crews are working on the prep and pouring of concrete curbs, sidewalks, driveways and ADA Ramps on the north side of 212th St SW. Crews plan to grind and plane existing asphalt pavement along 212th St SW.
Next Week, July 16th through July 20th; Crews plan to be
working on the roadway grading and prep for asphalt paving on 212th
St SW from 63rd Ave W to 61st Pl W earlier in the
week. They are currently scheduled for the paving on Thursday, July 19th and Friday, July 20th
