Project Update - Interurban Trail South Project

This project will complete a “missing link” in the Interurban Trail by providing a continuous bicycle/pedestrian corridor that is separated from traffic and/or located in the Interurban (PUD) corridor. 212th to Existing Trail Corridor.

This week, March 19th through 23rd; The Contractor intends to set up the project message boards within the limits of the site to notify residents, businesses and commuter traffic that work is expected to occur next week.

Next week, March 26th through March 30th; The Contractor intends to mobilize on Monday March 26th. On Thursday the 29th, through Monday April 2nd, they plan to set up the traffic control and detour plan.

The following week, April 2nd through 6th; The contractor plans to do demolition on the North side of 212th Street SW in preparation for the underground utility work expected to start the following week.
