City of Lynnwood Launches 

Manufacturing Regulatory Roadmap

The City of Lynnwood has partnered with the Washington State Department of Commerce to create a Regulatory Roadmap for manufacturing businesses. The Roadmap assists those who want to locate a manufacturing facility in Lynnwood by putting state and local requirements into an easy-to-use guide with a 7-step worksheet to assess site feasibility. The Roadmap helps streamline the permitting application process, eliminates regulatory surprises, and saves time and money.   

In keeping with Lynnwood’s Community Vision to be a regional model, the City is excited to provide this excellent resource to manufacturers interested in Lynnwood. The Roadmap furthers Lynnwood’s commitment to customer service and process improvements.
