for the Poplar Way Extension Bridge Project

NOTICE:

This project is key to the improvement of transportation and mobility for the surrounding area. It will provide a new link between Poplar Way and 33rd Avenue W over I-5. The major elements of the project include a new bridge structure over I-5, intersection modifications, grade adjustments to accommodate tie-in’s to existing streets on both sides of the freeway, and widening portions of Poplar Way, 196th St SW, Alderwood Mall Boulevard, 33rd Avenue W, and Alderwood Mall Parkway. 

The public is invited to the open house to see the proposed plans and meet the City staff for the project. We welcome your feedback.
