Re: Required Signs About High-THC Products
Dear Cannabis Retailer,
Legislators revised and updated RCW 69.50.357 5(a) and (6) in the last legislative session. This affects retail cannabis stores.
You are now required to post a sign about the health effects of high-THC cannabis at the point of sale in your stores by December 31, 2024.
