 December 2025
Hello Central Kitsap, and Happy Holidays!
As we close out the year, I want to share my gratitude for the volunteers, advisory committee members, and dedicated County staff who make Kitsap such a vibrant, welcoming place. Your service strengthens our community every day.
In the coming year, I’m especially looking forward to completing our Silverdale Regional Center Plan – a vital roadmap that will guide Silverdale’s future growth, mobility, housing, and community spaces. Your voice will remain essential as we shape this vision together.
I encourage you to stay engaged with the Central Kitsap Community Council (CKCC) as we continue bringing forward topics of community interest for discussion and input. You’re also invited to join our CKCC Engagement Committee as we kick off the first annual Trail of Lights Festival in Old Town Silverdale on Dec. 13 from 6:30 to 9 p.m., with festivities at the Peninsula Brew House and Silverdale Waterfront Park.
Wishing you all a safe, healthy, and happy holiday season.
Warmly, Katie
