Kitsap County Human Services Division of Aging & Long Term Care has an exciting opportunity for Case Managers to join our team!
You will perform specialized case management work in support of functionally impaired adults and their caregivers. This position will utilize innovative services to promote independence at home.

Required Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in behavior or health sciences AND two years of paid, on-the-job social service experience OR
- A general Bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or equivalent AND four years of paid, on-the-job social service experience.

Public Works Director Public Works Department
$165,765.60 - $212,067.74 Annually
Kitsap County seeks an exceptional leader to serve as our next Public Works Director. The successful candidate will lead a department responsible for county roads, stormwater systems, solid waste facilities, sewer utilities, facilities maintenance, and capital development while maintaining the department's legacy of excellence and community impact.
The ideal candidate:
- Strategic and innovative infrastructure leader with strong technical expertise
- Exceptional communicator who builds cohesive teams across multiple locations
- Demonstrated experience in public works operations, emergency response, capital project management, and government finance
- Servant leader who prioritizes transparency, integrity, and genuine commitment to public service
- Public sector experience and PE license or Master's degree in related field highly desired
Leadership Opportunities:
- Direct a $100M+ annual budget with $30M+ in capital programs
- Lead 350 full-time and 70 seasonal staff across nine worksites
- Oversee major projects including courthouse construction and sewer facility upgrades
- Develop innovative solutions for infrastructure, budget, and workforce challenges

Required Education & Experience:
- Demonstrated expertise in public works operations and management, including:
- Emergency response coordination
- Capital project management

- Government financial and budget management
- Proven leadership abilities, including:
- Managing large and diverse, multi-functional teams
- Building and cultivating effective workforce teams
- Demonstrating innovation and receptiveness to new ideas
- Facilitating cross-departmental collaboration within government structures
- Experience working in public sector, specifically in City or County government, is highly desired.
- Master's degree in a related field or Professional Engineer License is desired.
