Kitsap County has released four (4) Requests for Proposals (RFPs) from qualified applicants for the delivery of the following program types:
- Coordinated Entry Program (CEP)
- Eviction Prevention Program (EP)
- Rapid Rehousing (RRH)
- Housing and Essential Needs (HEN)
Eligible applicants/recipients may include:
- City or County governments
- Tribes
- Public Housing Authorities
- Public and private IRS-certified nonprofit organizations 501(c)(3)
- Local development corporations
- Faith-based organizations
The contracted programs must adhere to the Consolidated Homeless Grant (CHG) Guidelines and the Kitsap County Grant Guidelines Handbook. Both documents are updated periodically.
