Historical appraisal information
Did you know that you can view historical appraisal notes compiled by the Assessor’s Office from 1951 to 2002 on our website? During that time, appraisal data was maintained on folio sheets. Information may include photos, sketches, sales information, split/merge notes and more.
From the Assessor's website, select Resources, then select Historical Data.
Once you are on the Historical Data web page and agree to the terms and conditions to Kitsap County’s disclaimer, you will have access to view the documents. Enter the account number, including the dashes, in the Account No row under the Value column, then select Search. If a record exists, the document will open in a new window. Otherwise, the search results will display at the bottom of the webpage, and you may select View to see the document.
