DCD is working to help landowners prepare for success in their land use and building development projects. We've launched a series of basic-level webinars that cover topics of interest to our customers. Before beginning your project, we invite you to Start Here with educational resources designed to help you with your land use or building development project.

In the upcoming webinar, we will review a Single Family Residence (SFR) project from start to finish, including:  

  • Site feasibility
  • Managing your project through permitting
  • Final inspection
  • Items to consider
  • Common missteps
