Kitsap Public Health opening COVID-19 vaccination clinic in Port Orchard
Pfizer vaccine appointments are open for Thursday and Friday (April 22-23). Register here.
Kitsap Public Health District and the Kitsap County Emergency Operations Center will open a COVID-19 vaccination clinic this week in South Kitsap.
The new clinic is located at the Christian Life Center on Lincoln Avenue in Port Orchard, just north of the intersection of Bethel Road and Lund Avenue.
The Port Orchard site will provide about 600 doses of Pfizer vaccine on Thursday and Friday this week (April 22-23). Appointments are open to all residents 16 or older. Patients can register at at kphd.timetap.com.
"We are excited to expand access to COVID-19 vaccination in South Kitsap with the help of our community partners and volunteers," Kitsap Public Health District Community Health Director Yolanda Fong said. "This clinic will make it easier for South Kitsap residents to gain protection against COVID-19 and help slow the spread of the virus across our region."
Kitsap County is making steady progress on COVID-19 vaccination. As of April 20, more than 42% of all residents 16 or older have received at least one vaccine dose and about 33% are fully vaccinated. See our COVID-19 vaccine page for more information and data.
Vaccine appointments are now widely available at clinics and pharmacies throughout our community. For a full list of vaccine providers, go to vaccinelocator.doh.wa.gov.

Supporting equitable access
As COVID-19 vaccination eligibility expands to include more groups, Kitsap Public Health remains committed to ensuring access for people who already qualify for vaccination under earlier phases, including seniors 65 or older.
We are reserving a portion of our appointments each week for people who do not have internet, are not able to use an online registration form, or have other barriers to getting vaccinated. Our team will fill these appointments by calling people who have reached out to us for assistance or have been referred to us by community organizations.
GETTING HELP BY PHONE
People who do not have computer access or are not able to use an online registration system can call us at 360-728-2219 (360-728-2218 for Spanish) and leave a message. Our team will reach out as appointments become available at our clinic.
