Road Report for April 10 - April 16, 2021

The road report highlights new and ongoing projects on County-maintained roads. It is sent each Friday. Information in the Road Report can change due to weather, material, equipment or crew availability.

South Kitsap

Crews are doing various maintenance activities at the locations listed below. Expect moderate delays between 5 and 10 minutes:

• Bandix Road SE between Burley Olalla and Nelson (MO-FR)
• SW Minterbrook Road between Sidney and Glenwood (MO-FR)

Central Kitsap

Work continues on Ridgetop Boulevard NW between the intersection with NW Mhyre Road and the southbound on-ramp to SR 303. Expect intermittent traffic delays during construction. Sid Uhnick is closed at Ridgetop Blvd with traffic detour through NW Chena Rd.

Crews continue sewer work on NW Byron Street from Washington Avenue NW to Pacific Avenue NW. Intermittent lane closures on NW Byron Street, Washington Avenue NW at Bay Shore Drive NW. Detours in place with flaggers routing traffic to single alternating lane when applicable. Bay Shore Drive NW closed to through traffic - local access permitted.

PSE is implementing daytime road closures on Seabeck Highway NW with local access restrictions. The road is closed Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Construction is expected to continue through late June. Additional details including detour map at the following link:  PSE Bremerton-area Road Closure and Electronic Project Notification Visit the Seabeck Highway #2 Overlay and Widening Improvements project web site for more information.

• Peter Hagen Road from Seabeck Holly to end of county maintained (MO-FR)
• Seabeck Highway NW from Miami Beach to Pioneer (MO-FR)

North Kitsap

Brownsville Highway NE remains closed between both ends of South Keyport Road. Detour is in place to route traffic through South Keyport Rd. The road is anticipated to reopen to traffic in July, 2021. Click Here for more information. 

Crews are doing various maintenance activities at the locations listed below. Expect moderate delays between 5 and 10 minutes:

• Lindvog Road NE between HWY 104 to Berry St (MO-WE)

WSDOT Alert: Hood Canal Bridge maintenance crews are conducting in-depth inspections that require opening the draw span multiple times. During the draw span openings, the bridge is closed to vehicle traffic, bicyclists and pedestrians. For more information visit the WSDOT Hood Canal Page.

City of Poulsbo Project Alert: Construction work continues on a roundabout at SR305 and Johnson Road. Johnson Way NE remains closed for the duration of roundabout construction. For more information visit the Project Page.
