You are receiving this message because you signed up to be on standby for Kitsap Public Health District's COVID-19 vaccine clinics in Bremerton or Poulsbo, or the City of Bainbridge Island vaccine clinic.
Good evening,
Thank you for your willingness to be on standby for our COVID-19 vaccine clinics.
Because our standby list has been open for some time, we are finding that many people who originally signed up have now been vaccinated elsewhere or are no longer available to be on standby.
To make efficient use of staff time and resources, we are refreshing the standby list for clinics starting with the week of April 5th. If you want to continue to be on the standby list, please use this link to enter your information again: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/KitsapVaccineStandby
Important notes:
-
If you signed up for the Bainbridge Island clinic, the existing list will be used for any clinics offered this weekend (April 3 and 4). However, if you want to stay on the list for any future Bainbridge clinics, please click the link above and re-enter your information.
-
If you do not answer when we call to place you on standby, we will not leave a message. If you do not answer after two calls, we will move you to the bottom of the standby list. We understand many people screen their calls. We are not able to devote staff time to leaving messages and waiting for responses.
-
If you no longer need to be on the standby list or have additional questions, please contact us at covidvaccine@kitsappublichealth.org
-
If you are currently eligible for vaccination, please be aware we are offering appointments at our Poulsbo clinic. Register at kphd.timetap.com
