Kitsap Public Health opening first-dose COVID-19 vaccine appointments next week
Kitsap Public Health will provide about 2,300 first doses of Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine next week at its clinic in Bremerton. The clinic is open to people who qualify under Phase 1a or Phase 1b, Tier 1. Appointments are required.
BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT
-
We will release appointments for next week on MONDAY, MARCH 1, at kcowa.us/vaccine
- Appointments will be available for Tuesday-Thursday, (March 2-4).
-
To give patients more opportunities to book an appointment, appointments slots will be opened in batches at three times on Monday:
-
We expect appointments to fill very quickly. Demand for vaccination remains very high and appointments are limited.
To support equitable access to COVID-19 vaccine, we are reserving a portion of our appointments each week for people who do not have internet, are not able to use an online registration form, or have other barriers to getting vaccinated. Our team will fill these appointments by calling people who have already reached out to us for assistance or have been referred to us by community organizations.
Kitsap Public Health will continue to request first doses of COVID-19 vaccine and will announce additional appointments as vaccine supplies allow. Please sign up to receive notifications by email or text and check kcowa.us/vaccine for updates.
Other healthcare providers in our community may have appointments available. View a list of Kitsap vaccine providers.
Thank you for your continued patience and understanding!

KEEP FIGHTING COVID-19
More Kitsap County residents are getting vaccinated, but it will take months for the majority of our community to have protection against COVID-19. We need to keep using all the tools we have to slow the spread of the virus:
-
Wear a mask anytime you are around people you don't live with.
-
Keep 6 feet of distance between you and people you don't live with.
-
Wash your hands frequently.
-
Be ready to get vaccinated when you are eligible.
