WA Farm COVID-19 Survey looks for input from farmers and ranchers on pandemic's impact on operations

Nine months in and the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on Washington agriculture are still unfolding. As farmers and ranchers wrap up this season and prepare for next year, now is the time to share experiences to help support positive future change.

The University of Washington, in partnership with Washington State University and the Washington State Department of Agriculture, created the WA Farm COVID-19 Survey to gain a better understanding of how the pandemic is impacting farmers and ranchers with all types and sizes of operations throughout Washington state. The information gained will be vital both to guiding recovery from the current crisis and to enhancing the resilience of Washington agriculture to future challenges.

The online survey should take about 20 minutes to complete and is both computer and smartphone-capable. It can be completed without providing contact information but survey participants have the option to enter a drawing for $50 online gift cards.

Your voice matters and participation is greatly appreciated! To take the survey, click here
