KITSAP COUNTY, WA — The Kitsap Public Health Board has selected Dr. Nathan Gibson “Gib” Morrow to serve as the next Kitsap Public Health District health officer, effective Aug. 1.

Dr. Morrow currently serves as deputy health officer for the Whatcom County Health Department. He will join Kitsap Public Health on July 27 and work alongside Dr. Turner for the week prior to her retirement to ensure a smooth transition.

"I look forward to collaborating with our Health Board and local public and private organizations to help make Kitsap County a healthier community."
