LAST DAY TO TAKE THE KITSAP COUNTY COVID-19 SURVEY!

Kitsap Public Health is inviting all Kitsap County residents to participate in a survey about COVID-19. The survey will be open through April 30. Go to http://kcowa.us/covid19survey

The purpose of the survey is to better understand Kitsap County residents' perceptions of COVID-19 illness in the community and how residents are coping during the pandemic.

Survey results will be analyzed and used to inform the ongoing COVID-19 response. Participation in this survey is anonymous and voluntary.

We value your input! Please take a few minutes to participate and share this survey with your family and friends in Kitsap County.

The survey will remain open through April 30. Results will be shared at kitsappublichealth.org.

As a direct result of the COVID-19 Pandemic Outbreak, and acting on the direction and guidance of local/state/federal health authorities, the Kitsap County Joint Information Center, under the Kitsap County Emergency Operations Center and its Unified Command's extended operations, is supporting public information efforts that address the pandemic's immediate threat to public health and safety. Represented in the Unified Command are: Kitsap Public Health District, Kitsap County Department of Emergency Management, Kitsap 911, Law Enforcement and the Kitsap County Fire Chiefs Association.
