Kitsap Public Health Board to hold special meeting on Tuesday, March 17

KITSAP COUNTY, WA — The Kitsap Public Health Board will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, March 17, from 9-10 a.m. in the Norm Dicks Government Center Chambers, 345 6th Street, Bremerton, WA.

The agenda includes a COVID-19 update and discussion, and a discussion of recruitment for the Kitsap Public Health District health officer position. No action by the board is anticipated.

To comply with social distancing requirements and best practices related to COVID-19, special meeting rules will be in effect:

• Seating will be very limited.
• People at higher risk for serious illness from COVID-19 are strongly recommended not to attend. This includes people with underlying health conditions, pregnant women, and older adults.
• People with respiratory illness symptoms are prohibited from attending.
