(Port Orchard, WA) – The Kitsap County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on March 25, 2019 at 5:30 p.m. regarding Interim Zoning Ordinance 566-2019, adopted on February 6, 2019. The ordinance regulates group residential facilities – secured high risk, which are facilities that provide enhanced services and security for civilly committed sexually violent predators that have been conditionally released to a less restrictive alternative.
