Port gives update on plans for Old Town in Silverdale at May 2 meeting

Join the Central Kitsap Community Council and Kitsap County Commissioner Ed Wolfe for a presentation from the Port of Silverdale on its ongoing planning for Old Town Silverdale from 5 to 6:30 p.m. May 2 at the regular monthly meeting of the Central Kitsap Community Council in the Silverdale Beach Hotel-Best Western, 3073 NW Bucklin Hill Road. The public is welcome and encouraged to attend.

Commissioner Wolfe welcomes Sheriff Gary Simpson during his First Friday Listening Session from noon to 1:30 p.m. May 4 at the Silverdale Beach Hotel. They will address law enforcement and school safety in Central Kitsap, topics brought up at the April 6 listening session. This is an opportunity for citizens to drop in, voice their concerns and engage in lively conversation.
