(Port Orchard, WA) The Independence Day holiday, July 4th, results in several changes to drop-off and curbside garbage and recycling. Regular facility schedules resume following the holiday.
Hansville, Silverdale, and Olalla Recycling and Garbage Facilities — Closed Tuesday, July 4th.
Poulsbo Recycle Center — Closed Tuesday, July 4th.
Bainbridge Island Transfer Station — Closed Tuesday, July 4th.
Household Hazardous Waste Collection Facility — Always closed on Tuesdays.
Olympic View Transfer Station — Open
Residential and Commercial Collections for Garbage, Recycling, and Yard Debris:
- Waste Management and the City of Poulsbo are on their regular schedule.
- Bainbridge Disposal is closed July 4th. Service will be one day late for the remainder of the holiday week.
