City of Kirkland Contact: Lieutenant Mike Murray January 16, 2014 Case/Incident #14-0837 Kirkland Police serve search warrants in Gang/Hargrove homicide case Kirkland, WA – In the early morning of January 16, 2014, Kirkland Police Department detectives served two separate search warrants with the assistance of the North Sound Metro SWAT Team. These warrants were served in conjunction with the active Homicide investigation of 28 year old Amy R. Gang/Hargrove who was killed last week in her home. In an effort to locate additional evidence in this investigation, warrants were served simultaneously in the 1400 block of 153rd AVE NE in Bellevue and the 2300 block of south Forest Street in Seattle. The warrants were executed without incident and while several people were detained, no arrests were made for the homicide. KPD Detectives are still processing evidence at this time as the investigation continues.
