Pre-school favorite fills up fast; register now

KIRKLAND, Wash. – Dodge the weather and the mountains of candy this Halloween season for Kirkland’s annual Pee Wee Monster Bash Carnival.  It’s the perfect venue for parading your costumed preschooler.  This year’s event will be held on Friday, October 25, 2013 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the North Kirkland Community Center, 12421 103rd Ave NE.  Preschoolers age five and under will delight in the safe and spirited activities such as swamp fishing, monster crafts, cookie walk, a movement maze, and more.  Prizes will be awarded for everyone.  The carnival promises a kooky (not spooky) good time, and no sugar rush!  Residents are $10.95 and for non-residents $13.14 per child and there is limited space available.  Registration is encouraged as this is a sell-out event. For registration and information go to www.kirklandparks.net , call 425-587-3336, or visit the North Kirkland Community Center.
