Bus Stop Service Advisory - The new SR-520 Clyde Hill/Yarrow Point Freeway stations open on 7/14
King County, Washington sent this bulletin at 07/10/2014 02:01 PM PDTOn Monday, July 14 at 5:00 AM, the new SR-520 Clyde Hill/Yarrow Point Freeway stations will open in both directions. Access the new center median stops via the covered walkways on the west side of the transit plaza.
Until the new freeway station opens on July 14, board or exit all routes that previously served the now closed old eastbound 92nd Av NE/Yarrow Point Freeway Station at one of these bus stops:
- Metro routes 167, 242, 250, 252, 255, 257, 260, 265, 268, 277, 280 Night Owl, 311, 982, 986 or 992, and ST 540, ST 542, ST 545, ST 555 or
ST 556, west of Yarrow Point at the Evergreen Point Road Freeway Station. - Metro Route 243, at the Evergreen Point Freeway Station, or southbound on Bellevue Way NE just south of NE 30th Pl.
- Metro Route 255 or ST Route 540, at the Evergreen Point Freeway Station, or at the South Kirkland P&R.
For service to the Evergreen Point Freeway Station, a non-Metro van operates free weekday peak hour shuttle service between Yarrow Point and Evergreen Point through Friday, July 11. At Yarrow Point, the shuttle stops eastbound on Points Drive, just east of 92nd Av NE. It operates every 10-15 minutes on weekdays only from 5:30–9:30 AM and from 3:00-7:00 PM.
When the Clyde Hill/Yarrow Point stations open and regular bus service resumes on July 14, the private peak hour shuttle between Yarrow Point and Evergreen Point will be discontinued.
