RapidRide F Line will have stop #46585 Logan Avenue N & N 6th Street (southbound) relocated from Friday, April 24 to Monday, April 27 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily due to construction;

Routes 8 and 48 will have stop #36774 23rd Avenue S & S Judkins Street (northbound) closed permanently beginning Saturday, April 25 at 3:30 a.m.;

Route 150 and 183 will have stop #80600 W James Street & 1st Avenue N (eastbound) closed from Friday, April 24 at 7 p.m. to Saturday, April 25 at 7 p.m. due to construction;

Route ST 545 is rerouted off I-5 S between SR 520 and Boren Avenue from Saturday, April 25 to Sunday, April 26 from 9 p.m. to 9 a.m. and Sunday, April 26 to Monday, April 27 from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. due to construction;

Seattle Mayor Katie Wilson celebrates new Denny Way bus reliability project to improve Route 8
 The City of Seattle is rolling out a new extension of the eastbound red bus lane along one mile of Denny Way to help buses move more reliably through one of the city’s busiest and most congested corridors. Seattle Mayor Katie B. Wilson announced today the launch of the Denny Way Bus Reliability Project to improve transit for thousands of riders traveling through the corridor.

Get free healthcare at the Seattle/King County Clinic at Seattle Center April 23-26
Free dental, vision and medical services are available to anyone who faces barriers to healthcare at the Seattle/King County Clinic at the Seattle Center from April 23 to April 26.
Patients do not need proof of income or insurance to receive care. This volunteer-driven event is the largest of its kind in the United States and aims to serve more than 3,000 people. Interpreters will be available.
Need to get to the clinic? Metro routes 1, 2, 4, 8, 13 and the RapidRide D Line all serve Seattle Center. You can use our trip planner or call Metro customer service for assistance at 206-553-3000, where interpreters are available.
Visitors to the clinic can also get information about programs such as ORCA LIFT or other reduced fares for people with lower incomes.

King County Executive Zahilay and partners celebrate the opening of Copperleaf, a new 235-unit affordable housing community in Northgate
 King County Executive Girmay Zahilay, BRIDGE Housing, Community Roots Housing, and community members today celebrated the grand opening of Copperleaf Northgate (Copperleaf), a new transit-oriented affordable housing community with 235 apartments in Seattle’s Northgate neighborhood. The project reflects King County’s ongoing investment in transit-oriented development, including the contribution of public land and $30 million in transit-oriented development funding to help bring the project to fruition.

Shape Aurora Avenue future by joining new advisory group
You can help shape the future of one of Seattle’s busiest streets by joining our new Aurora Ave Project Community Advisory Group (CAG).
By participating, you’ll help ensure that new traffic safety ideas reflect the needs of the diverse communities along Aurora Ave N.
Members will:
- Meet 8-12 times over two years on weekday evenings, beginning July 2026.
- Earn $60 per hour for participating in advisory group meetings.
Together, we will help make transportation along Aurora Ave N safer for everyone and more sustainable, accessible, and affordable.
