International survey: How’s your bus service?
This blog post is also available in: 简体中文 (Simplified Chinese) Español (Spanish)
Sixteen transit agencies from around the world, including King County Metro, are conducting a bus service customer satisfaction survey. These agencies will compare the results of the surveys to help us learn from each other and work toward giving you even better transit service. The survey is open until Sunday, May 10.
We would like to hear your thoughts about King County Metro’s bus service. We are interested in your thoughts on current service, whether you ride frequently, occasionally, or even if you hardly ever ride.
Your personal details and responses will remain confidential and will not be used for any other purpose.
Thank you for completing our survey.

Information at your fingertips as Metro launches ‘SEA26 Soccer’ page
Once upon a time, you could tell a tourist by the number of brochures they were juggling in their hands. The brochures are still there, giving you information on what you want to see and how you can get there, but instead of juggling sheets of paper, all you need is your smartphone!
As Seattle gets ready to host soccer matches this summer, Metro has just introduced an easy and convenient way to get the information you need to use transit to get around the region.
Introducing Metro’s SEA26 Soccer page!
The webpage is designed to be your one-stop shop for all of your questions:
- Making your travel plans,
- Easiest ways to pay fares,
- Rider tips to help you have a fun and winning SEA26 experience!
The site will also include maps to help you navigate the transit options available in downtown Seattle and throughout the region—along with links to our partner transit agencies!
To help our visitors from around the world coming to Seattle Soccer Stadium, the SEA26 Soccer Page is translated into multiple languages.

Every month, operators from King County Metro’s seven transit bases select their fellow drivers for their positive contributions to Metro and recognize them as Operators of the Month. The operators selected demonstrate safe driving skills, show courteous and helpful attitudes toward customers, and pay conscientious attention to attendance, appearance, and discipline.
