Harborview Bond Program seeks public feedback on draft EIS
The Harborview Bond Program has released the draft environmental impact statement (EIS) and major institution master plan (MIMP) major amendment for public comment. To achieve the bond goals, Bond Program needs to amend the City of Seattle MIMP that governs development on the campus (or major institution overlay) of Harborview Medical Center.
Written comments will be accepted until January 26, 2026, at 5:00 PM.
King County has preliminarily identified that elements of the environment could be affected as a result of construction and operations, including earth/topology (ECA steep slope), air quality/GHG, and energy and natural resources.
