Road Closure: SE 384th Street between 168th Ave SE and 172nd Ave SE

Starting August 11

Auburn area

SE 384th Street will be closed between 168th Ave SE and 172nd Ave SE around the clock for eight weeks, starting on August 11.

Crews will remove a four-foot-wide concrete pipe that is too small to handle water during storms. A new much larger concrete box culvert will be installed in its place and will prevent flooding on private property and on nearby roads.

All vehicles must use the alternate routes during the closure. A detour will be posted via 180th Ave SE / SR 164. Dates are subject to change. For the most up-to-date information, please check MyCommute or visit the project website.
