Closure on 244th Ave NE State Route 202 (Redmond-Fall City Road NE) and NE 30th Pl. - 7/8 to 8/17

Reminder: Crews will close 244th Ave. NE between State Route 202 (Redmond-Fall City Road NE) and NE 30th Pl. for six (6) weeks while crews repair a slide. The closure will begin on Monday, July 8th, around the clock through Saturday, August 17th. Both lanes need to be closed to accommodate a deep construction pit and large equipment needed to build the new retainment wall.

This closure applies to all travelers, including cars, trucks, emergency vehicles, buses, bicycles, and pedestrians.

All traffic will follow a posted detour via Sahalee Way NE. For more information, check MyCommute or visit the project website.
