Construction reroute for Routes 20, 43, 44, 48, 49, 65, 70, 255, 271, 372 and ST 542; Transit service will be rerouted in the U District, from Friday, July 21, to Monday, July 24 at varying times each day;

Event reroute for Routes 101, 105, 106, 107, 148, 160, 240 and RapidRide F Line; Transit service will be rerouted in the downtown Renton area, on Friday July 21 from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m. and on Saturday, July 22 from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m., during the Renton River Days Drone Show and Parade;

Construction reroute for Routes 255, 271, ST 542 and ST 545; Transit service will be affected by the closure of SR-520 on Friday, July 21 at 11 p.m. to Monday, July 24 at 5 a.m.;

Event reroute for Routes 2, 11 and 27; Transit service will be rerouted in the Madrona, Madison Park and Leschi areas on Sunday, July 23 from 5 a.m. to 12 p.m., during the Seafair Triathlon;

Event reroute for Routes 36, 106 and ST 545; Transit service to the International District will be rerouted on Sunday, July 23 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., during the Chinatown Seafair Parade;
Service Reminders
- Take transit to all your sporting events in Seattle this weekend. Metro and Link Light Rail serves riders heading to T-Mobile Park, Husky Stadium, Lumen Field and Climate Pledge Arena;
- The Mariners have games on Friday, July 21 at 7:10 p.m., Saturday, July 22 at 1:10 p.m. and Sunday, July 23 at 1:10 p.m. at T-Mobile Park;
- The Storm have a game on Saturday, July 22 at 6 p.m. at Climate Pledge Arena;

West Seattle Water Taxi summer schedule has begun. Weekday service runs from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m., weekend service from 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., and additional late night runs on Fridays and Saturdays until 11 p.m.;

Heading home to West Seattle after the concert? Take sailings from Pier 50 at 11:45 p.m. and 12:15 a.m. this Saturday and Sunday. Metro’s post-concert Downtown Shuttle will take passengers directly to the Water Taxi dock at Pier 50.

Seattle Center Monorail will operate normal hours this weekend from 8:30 a.m. - 11 p.m. The Monorail will depart approximately every 10 minutes;
- Get out into nature this weekend and take our Trailhead Direct service to Mt. Si, Little Si and Mt. Tenriffe;
- Riders can use Text for Departures by texting their stop number to 62550 to get next departure times;
- Remember, it's free and easy to sign up for email or text alerts about King County Metro service. Alerts can be tailored to your favorite route(s).

Metro says You Belong With Me: Adding extra service this weekend to Eras Tour
King County Metro and Sound Transit are adding bus, train and water taxi service to help fans travel to and from sold-out Taylor Swift concerts this weekend in Seattle July 22 and 23.
Sound Transit Link Light Rail: Sound Transit will be running late-night Link light rail service until 1:40 a.m. after each of the two concert nights to help fans travel back home more easily.
Sounder: Event trains will operate on Saturday, July 22, for the 6:30 p.m. concert.
Water Taxi: Take additional sailings from Pier 50 at 11:45 p.m. and 12:15 a.m. after each of the concerts. Metro’s post-concert Downtown Shuttle will take passengers directly to the Water Taxi dock at Pier 50.

Bus routes: Metro and Sound Transit bus routes 545, 550, 554, as well as RapidRide Lines C, D and H will have added trips to help meet rider demand after the concerts.

Post-concert Metro downtown shuttle traveling along Alaskan Way, then 3rd and 4th avenues also will help riders leaving Lumen Field travel into the downtown core. Board the shuttle on northbound 1 Ave S, near S Charles St as you exit Lumen Field. A King County Metro Supervisor will be present to help answer questions and assist customers. Regular fares for this service do apply.

 King County Metro will continue to suspend peak weekday routes 16, 232, 237, 301, 304 and 320 through Aug. 4 due to ongoing staff and bus availability. Some individual weekday bus trips also are canceled. Riders have alternatives available during these suspensions and we will provide regular updates to keep you informed about your transit service and options.

Lynnwood Link Connections virtual open houses July 24, Aug. 15 and 19
 Join King County Metro and Sound Transit to learn more about the proposed bus service changes to support Lynnwood Link. These changes are being planned to create connections with the Lynnwood Link light rail extension opening in 2024 and improve travel options in northwest King County. Metro routes included in the Lynnwood Link Connections Project include: 5, 16X, 20, 28, 64, 65, 67, 73, 75, 301, 302, 303, 304, 320, 322, 330, 331, 345, 346, 347, 348, 372.
By attending open house sessions on July 24, August 15 or 19, you’ll have an opportunity to learn how community input has shaped the potential service changes, provide your feedback on the plan and ask questions.
