Transit Alert – Ride transit to the Seattle Pride Parade on June 26; expect minor reroutes and possible delays

On Sunday, June 26, from 7:00 AM until 6:00 PM, transit service in the downtown Seattle and West Queen Anne areas will be rerouted with possible delays during the Seattle Pride Parade.

During this event, Metro routes 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, 24, 33, 40, 49, 62, 70, 101 and 150; the RapidRide C and D lines, Sound Transit Express routes 545, 550 & 554, and Trailhead Direct – Mount Si will travel instead via alternate nearby streets, depending on the route, destination and direction of travel.

Use regularly published Sunday transit schedules to plan your trip, but expect delays and allow plenty of time due to expected traffic congestion.

While most buses that operate in the affected areas will have minor reroutes, riding transit is still the best way to get to this event, as some streets will be blocked or affected by traffic congestion, and limited parking.

Visit Metro’s Service Advisories page for information about revised bus service, routing and stops for planned construction or events.  When buses are rerouted, reroute start and end times may be subject to change.

Visit Metro’s online regional Puget Sound Trip Planner to plan your travel, and for bus stop, schedule and other information, including predicted times at stops.  We recommend riders to arrive at their bus stop at least 5 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

Thank you for riding and for using Metro's services.
