Transit Alert – Route ST 550 to Bellevue will be affected by the I-90 ramp closure to northbound Bellevue Way SE nightly 4/19-4/21

From Monday evening, April 19, through Thursday morning, April 22, overnight only from 8:00 PM until 5:00 AM each night, Sound Transit Express Route 550 will be affected by the I-90 ramp closure to northbound Bellevue Way SE, due to construction.

During these times, Sound Transit Express Route 550 heading toward the Bellevue Transit Center will be rerouted off a portion of northbound Bellevue Way SE between I-90 and 112th Av SE, and will not serve the stop at the South Bellevue Park-and-Ride at Bay 1.  Riders may board or exit at the stop northbound on Bellevue Way SE just north of SE 16th St.

At all other times, Route ST 550 will operate its regular routing and will serve its usual stops.

Heading toward downtown Seattle, Route ST 550 is not affected, and all its regular stops are served.

Visit Metro’s Service Advisories page for information about revised bus service, routing and stops for planned construction or events.  When buses are rerouted, reroute start and end times may be subject to change.

Visit Metro’s online regional Puget Sound Trip Planner to plan your travel, and for bus stop, schedule and other information, including predicted times at stops.

Metro is operating with coach capacity guidelines that could result in longer waits for some riders.  Be sure to allow plenty of time for your trip.

Please observe and abide by posted information and directions for the safety of all transit riders and employees:
