Seacrest Dock upgrade is complete. Water Taxi to resume normal service tomorrow.

The West Seattle Water Taxi will be operating normal commuter service beginning tomorrow morning, Monday, Dec. 7.

Over the weekend construction crews have removed and replaced a portion of the Seacrest float dock with an upgraded, more stable float. For details on the work that was completed, see the Captain's Blog.

For the water taxi's sailing schedule and other information, see the water taxi website.

In order to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, social distancing passenger limits remain in effect aboard the water taxi, limiting capacity on Sally Fox and Doc Maynard to 86 passengers, and aboard the Spirit of Kingston to 33. Current ridership has been below these thresholds.

The water taxi continues to prevent the spread of COVID-19 through regular cleaning and disinfecting between sailings.  Masks are required for both passengers and crew.
