Transit Alert – The RapidRide C Line will be rerouted due to the full closure of 44 Av SW between SW Alaska St and SW Edmunds St Sat AM-Sun PM

From Saturday, August 29 at the start of service, until Sunday, August 30 at 6:00 PM, the RapidRide C Line will be affected by the full closure of 44th Av SW between SW Alaska St and SW Edmunds St.

During this time, the RapidRide C Line will be rerouted in both directions and will travel via 42nd Av SW and SW Edmunds St.  The stops on SW Alaska St west of California Av SW will not be served.

Heading toward Westwood Village, riders may instead board or exit at the temporary stop westbound on SW Alaska St, west of 41st Av SW.

Heading toward downtown Seattle, riders may instead board or exit at the regularly posted stop eastbound on SW Alaska St west of 42nd Av SW.

Metro has implemented coach capacity guidelines that could result in longer waits for some riders.  Be sure to allow plenty of time for your trip.

• Wearing a mask or face covering is required in public places, on transit vehicles and at transit stops. Cover coughs and sneezes.
• Stay home if you are sick.
• Maintain 6 feet of distance from others.
• Board and exit buses through the back door if possible. 
• Observe and abide by signs and decals.
