Green River Road SE road closure, August 5 - September 13

King County, Washington sent this bulletin at 07/22/2019 01:00 PM PDT

Beginning Monday, August 5, at 8 a.m., Green River Road SE will be closed for six weeks at Olsen Creek, just south of S. 277th Street near Kent and Auburn as an aging culvert is replaced. The new, bigger culvert will help preserve the roadway and improve fish passage.

During construction, residents will still be able to access the Auburn Golf Course, Mary Olson Farm and the South 277th Corridor Trail. The work is expected to be complete by Friday, September 13, at 3 p.m.
