208th Ave NE nightly lane closure begins August 22

King County, Washington sent this bulletin at 08/17/2018 01:35 PM PDT

Starting Wednesday, August 22 at 7 p.m., pavement preservation work will take place on 208th Avenue NE near Redmond from house #8701 to NE Novelty Hill Road. The work requires a nightly lane closure from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. for approximately four nights. Motorists will be flagged through the work zone. To view the map, visit the My Commute webpage.

Work is scheduled at night on high volume roads to reduce traffic impacts. However, travelers should expect delays while crews are paving. Resurfacing requires dry conditions and schedules can shift due to weather conditions. Residents in the area may experience additional noise as a result of this work.

Following the work on 208th Avenue NE, crews will then begin pavement preservation work on NE Union Hill Road between 208th Avenue NE and 238th Avenue NE.
