Access Transit Alert – King County Access has experienced a network outage; delays are expected

King County Access has experienced a network outage that has limited Metro's
ability to communicate with Access paratransit vans, and may affect customers
who were transported by Access on Thursday.

Customers who may be affected should contact the Access call center at
(206) 205-5000, or call Metro's Customer Information call center at 206-553-3000
then press menu option 5, to report their location for staff to coordinate pick-up.

Access customers should expect delays while staff work to restore IT systems.

Customers can continue to contact the call center to reserve rides for future travel.
