Transit Alert – The westbound and eastbound bus stops on I-90 at the Rainier Av Freeway Station will be closed overnight on 3/16, 9 PM-5 AM

Overnight Thursday, March 16 from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM, the eastbound and westbound bus stops on I-90 at the Rainier Av Freeway Station will be closed due to construction.  Sound Transit routes 550 and 554 will operate via alternate routes, and will not serve the regular eastbound and westbound stops at the Rainier Av Freeway Station.

For alternative westbound service to downtown Seattle during this time, board Route 7 at the bus stop northbound on Rainier Av S, under the I-90 overpass.

To connect with eastbound Sound Transit routes 550 and 554 during this time, board Route 7 to downtown Seattle at the bus stop northbound on Rainier Av S, under the I-90 overpass, exit at S Jackson St just west of 5th Av S, and board ST routes 550 and 554 at one of the following bus stops: 

• ST 550 to Bellevue on the southbound platform at International District/Chinatown Station, Bay D.

• ST 554 to Issaquah, at the bus stop southbound on 5th Av S just south of S Jackson St.

 At all other times, ST 550 and ST 554 will continue to serve this stop as usual.
