King County, Washington sent this bulletin at 10/04/2016 02:48 PM PDTSunset Fried Chicken located at 1610 12th Ave, Seattle 98122 was closed by a Public Health food inspector on October 4, 2016 at 2:15 pm due to the following food safety violations:
- Inadequate facilities to control temperature of potentially hazardous food: cold holding
- Failure to obtain approval for specialized food processing: sous vide
- Failure to correct repeated violations.
The establishment will be reopened once the inspector confirms that these issues have been resolved.
