Transit Alert – King County area transit service will have schedule revisions during the Winter holidays

On Christmas Day, Friday, December 25, and New Year’s Day, Friday, January 1, Metro operates a Sunday schedule and Sunday fares apply. If your bus does not normally operate on Sunday, it will not operate on December 25 or January 1.

Reduced weekday schedules
From Monday, December 21 through Thursday, December 31, reduced weekday schedules are in effect during the end-of-year holiday weeks. On days with reduced weekday schedules, some commuter, UW and school-oriented routes do not operate, and other routes have individual trips canceled. Details are in timetables and posted on Metro’s holiday and reduced service page.

Metro offices, including the Customer Information center, Lost and Found and Pass Sales counters, will be closed on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.
