October is a busy month for
our Capital Improvements Program (CIP) as we begin breaking ground on new
projects and finishing old ones. CIP supports the acquisition, development,

As Halloween is quickly approaching, the spirits of King County Parks have been making some special appearances. The FEMA
group that is currently renting the Gold Creek Lodge has reported seeing a ghost;
a tall elderly gentleman. Have you had any spooky encounters in a King County park recently? Tell us
your stories on twitter @iheartkcparks.
